- Foshan-based manufacturing partners, where sharing your requirements is necessary to identify suitable suppliers — only to the extent required and with your awareness as part of the service delivery.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. International Transfers
Because Agent Foshan operates in Foshan, China, some of your data (particularly sourcing requirements) may need to be shared with manufacturing partners located in China. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

After the applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted or permanently anonymised.

Fields marked as required in the form are necessary to process your sourcing enquiry. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to respond to your request or prepare a sourcing proposal. Optional fields (such as your phone/WhatsApp number) are not required to submit the form.

- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR).
